Hello! I'm Fatema. My friends call me Zo. I grew up in a hot, eclectic and chaotic city with incredibly warm people and delectable cuisine in the south of India. I first took up photography in university and decided that it was what I wanted to do. So, I went on to do my Masters in Photography, majoring in architecture, portrait and product photography. I have been shooting for about ten years now and have come to enjoy photographing people, buildings, still life and food.

I moved to Houston about a year ago. It's been a huge change but it does help that I looove Houston. It's probably got a lot to do with the fact that the city reminds me of home in many ways. I love Houston's great food scene, the famed hospitality and the sweltering weather (I'm not complaining because 365 sunny days equals incredible light all year long). So give me sun over snow, heat over sleet, humidity over frigidity (okay, I'll stop) any day.
